Deskripsi Pekerjaan

This role drives projects from initiation to go-live with disciplined execution. You align stakeholders, manage scope and risks, maintain Agile cadence, and ensure quality and compliance. KPIs, transparent status, and data-informed decisions are daily tools.



 

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab


  • Project plans, WBS, risk registers, resource allocation.

  • Manage backlog, sprints, and cadence (Scrum/Kanban).

  • Drive communication across internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Define done, quality gates, and change control.

  • Monitor KPIs, status reporting, and risk mitigation.

Pesyaratan Umum dan Kualifikasi


  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder software projects.

  • Comfortable with collaboration/ALM tools (Jira/Asana/ClickUp).

  • Strong negotiation and expectation management.

  • Technical background or AI project exposure is a plus.

  • Functional English; fluency not required.
