You design AI-powered automations to boost business process efficiency using no-code/low-code plus scripts. Work includes process mapping, API integrations via Make/Zapier/n8n or custom code, secure LLM orchestration, and documentation and training to ensure adoption and measurable impact.



 

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab


  • Map business processes and design end-to-end automations.

  • Build integrations with Make/Zapier/n8n and custom APIs.

  • Orchestrate LLMs (prompts, guardrails, evaluation) and handle errors.

  • Set up data pipelines, webhooks, logging, alerting, and documentation.

  • Train users and measure ROI.

Pesyaratan Umum dan Kualifikasi


  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, OAuth; basic JavaScript/Python.

  • Experience with automation platforms and LLM orchestration.

  • Nice to have: RPA, ETL, basic DevOps.

  • Systems thinking, fast experimentation, strong documentation.

  • Functional English; fluency not required.
